Address field order on oder emails

Hi All

I have a question reference the address field order for the vendor address, Bill to address and ship to address shown on the html order emails

Right now the order is very odd e.g.:

name
address line 1
postcode city
country
province

i would like it to display:
name
address line 1
city
postcode
province
country

I have found the templates in components/com_virtuemart/views/invoice/tmpl but cannot see where these fields are listed to change their order?

Any ideas as it is the only thing stopping me from setting the site live?
