Remove Images/Thumbnails on Category View

Hello

I'm triying to disable the images/thumbnails on the category view. I tried to comment out lines containing displayMediaThumb in the default.php from the category view.

I tried the posting in http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=90935.0 but i havent any success. I'm using Joomla 2.5.8 with VM 2.0.14.

What is neccessary to hide/disable the images on the category view?

Hello,

Also under Templates & Layouts section you will find a lot of information regarding templates. Keep in mind that vm2 uses the same template system as joomla, so if you are familiar building site and template for joomla you will not have any issues adjust vm2 templates at your needs.
