[SOLVED]VM2.02 & J2.5.1 - Causes Warnings Upon Confirming an Order

When placing orders either as a Super User or a Normal User, this error is displaed upon confirming the order(along with the order confirmation):

Seems like a migration from VM1 to VM2 didnt update the mentioned table.
