Hi capricornio,
Go to Admin Joomla > VirtueMart Configuration > Shopper Field List and unpublish delimiter_userinfo field
Go to  VirtueMart Configuration > Shipment Methods > Shipment > Configuration tab and check ZIP range. What range have you set for ZIP?
What version of AwoCoupon are you using?

Already unpublised the delimer_userinfo field
Zip range is 3760 - 3768 in NL.
If I drop a product in the basket as a guest, and fill in a zipcode and country belonging to the range in the BT fields the shipment method does not show (not even when I have BT same as ST set). If I fill it in using the ST fields, the shipment method pops up.
Using no AWOCoupon but just the plain VM coupon functionality

Hi!

Excuse me for my English, because I am a native of another country.

I just buy the One Page Checkout.
Displays a message (popup) every time I add a product to cart, fill in the missing value for e-mail, name, surname and address.
The same message (popup) appears when I click to view cart.

The problem:

When a product is added to cart the first time, it appears that the fill is missing from various fields (but not always it happens)
But in the second inclusion in the cart, the message always!

After the purchase and after the user returns to the site, all the fields that were filled are empty, having to fill everything again

Adriano, Your checkout page does not show the shipping address form. Please check user fields in vm2 configuration.

I had hidden this option, I undid the change, I installed all over again and keeps appearing the popup.

Please disable message popup feature in your Joomla template and use default Joomla system messages.

Otto, VirtueMart 2 uses javascript to validate forms in the default checkout process, Joomla uses javascript.  ;)  We are using AJAX technology to speed up VirtueMart checkout process.  If you have any problems, please contact support: linelab@linelab.org. Thank you.

Yes, thank you....it was a bad example from me...i know it's ajax since you've written it before....

But what can cause that for some users the page loads&loads?
The last customer was using the Internet explorer in a company network...

Can something block the use of ajax?

All major browsers support Ajax. Firefox 1.0 and above, Apple Safari 1.2 > , Internet Exporer 5 >, Opera 7.6 > etc... Please provide your website url.
