VM 2.0.0 Need to fix a PayPal to send an order e-mail to buyer & seller

Hi,

Probably VM 2.0.0 has a problem so after successful payment it does not send an ORDER e-mail to vendor and client which have contents of shopping cart.
Upgrading VM 2.0.0 to newer version is not an option for me.

So i need a programmer to fix an PayPal in 2.0.0 for a fee.
