There is only one shipment method? Where are the others?

As far as I can tell, I only see one shipment method, which is: VM - Shipment, By Weight, ZIP and countries

Are there supposed to be more in the drop down menu to select from. I'm running 2.02 and aio is installed.

What is troubling is that if we are going the third party route for shipping plugins, there are not a whole of choices at this time being offered from developers. What do you guys suggest, or what is everybody doing as an alternative? Or, is there something wrong with my installation since it is only showing one option?

The shipment plugin works for me, because I configure weights and prices.

The actual shipment method is based on several values:
- on the minimum/maximum weigth
- on the minimum order amount/ maximun order amount
- on the minimum / maximun product quantity.

Actually it replaces 3 of the previous shipment methods in VM1.

Total saleprice: 5Euro - 10Euro : shipment=xEuro
Total salesprice: 10Euro - 50Euro : shipment= yEuro
Total salesprice: > 50Euro : Free shipment

can you tell me how can i set the shipping rate
i want the shipping rate is 10%
so if the total order amount is 100 euro
the shipping fee should be 10 euro

the kind of shipping method i used in vm 1.9

i can not find the same in vm 2
