Text fields in Payment modules need to wrap the text or or make invoice bigger?

JM 2.5.1 VM 2.0.1 (k) -

* I notice that when I write a description in the text box for payment & shipping Modules the text looks OK.

( eg in shipping I have text that says : ( please deliver to the mailing area at the hotel and open delivered product infront of staff)
I know you can shorten any message but I see it as a small issue.

Except when the invoice comes to me - In all types of Email systems- The text message get cut off or disappears.

* Solution limit the horizontal text box to match invoice size.
* automatic wrap text?

* Increase invoice size to A4 like in VM 1 - I always thought this was a good size.

Or give a variety or choices - In Australia an A4 size is a standard page size for all paper work.
