Delivery Method depending on weight - not showing at checkout

Hi,
I have defined a delivery method for a specific product in order to show a specific price for delivery of this product.

In order to show the specific delivery method for this product only, I set the weight of the product to "11kg", and then the weight limits of the specific delivery method to 10kg min and 12kg max.

The point is that no delivery methods at all are shwoing up for this specific product.

I did the same for 3 other product, and it worked. I checked everything, but at the moment, I am clueless.

I didnt find any really valuable description of how to set up VM in general, so if someone can guide me to that, I would be more than happy. Can also provide a link to the site (in German), its not live yet, but public...
