Need help uploading Joomla/Virtuemart to web site

I need help uploading a joomla/virtuemart site please. There is also potential for work doing some changes to the site. This is an urgent requirement so would appreciate a quick response.

Are you able to be a bit more specific Nicky? Is the site complete with files and database - do the files simply need uploading and the database need loading from a dump? Or is there more to it?
