Automatic Order Confirm in VM2.0

Hello,
I'm using VM2.0 in J1.7. And I'm new to VM.
Currently when user orders via PayPal, I have to manually confirm order in backend, from pending to confirmed. I'd like to make this happen automatically.

I found info on a forum instructing to find the "notify.php" file and place the URL of this file in PayPal. I can't find this "notify.php" file so I'm wondering if this is no longer the correct method for VM2.0.

Can someone instruct me how to automate order confirmations in VM2.0? My apologies if the answer is already posted, I have searched for a while now and can't find it.
