Migrate Prestashop to VM2

Hello, i'd like to know if  is possible to migrate from a web in Prestashop to VirtueMart.

There is a solution but it's not free and it can only be performed online. i think it's called shopping-cart-migration.com

guess we have to do this the good 'ol ways, but even that, i cant even see a tutorial ! maybe ive typed the wrong keyword
