Problems with Shipment Addresses

Hi everybody. In last joomla 1.7.2 + VM 2.0.1 i have both in frontpage and admin page problems with Shipment addresses.

In frontpage clicking on "Add/Edit shipment address " it give a blank page (also clicking on Add/edit Billing address information) and in backend, in virtuemart users managemet it's impossible to add an address uder Shipmet Addresses.

Anyone solved?? Thanks in advance

EDIT:  Now clicking on Add/Edit Shipment Address i have this error:
Fatal error: Class 'VirtuemartControllerEdit_cart_ship_to' not found in /home/mhd-01/www.Mysite.it/htdocs/newsite/components/com_virtuemart/virtuemart.php on line 90

hello ,
You have to choose your country in the shipment method at the backend  and then login to frontend and choose your shipment method!

For e.g/ if user is registered with country india then you must put india at shipment method in Vm backend configuration!

rupesh's solution didn't work for me.

What I noticed was that under the Shopper Fields none of the fields were set to be shown on the Shpiment Address page. Once I checked the fields I wanted to show on the shipment page they were there.

What I had to do was...

Go to SHOPPER FIELDS under Configuration.

Look for the column SHOW IN SHIPMENT FORM.

Are the fields checked off or the red O? (looks like published and unpublished)

If the fields you want are not on click the green check for SHIPMENT at the top right.
