Discounts in VM2

Hi, can anyone direct me how to create discounts in VM2? I've managed to do that in VM1.x but can't find anything similar in VM2. I'm interested to add discounts based on shoppergroups.

Btw, is it possible to make some products invisible based on shoppergroup?

shopper discounts are now controlled in Taxes & Calculation Rules.
if you want a 10% discount on shopper group A then you set Math Operation to -% and in Value place 10 and little further down select the shopper group A.
just found out how to do it myself so hope that helps you...even though you asked 2 months ago
