Payment standart paymentinfo add to cart or mail?

Hi ) I made payment name my bank card, add VM-standart payment . On other Tab in textbox VMPAYMENT_STANDARD_PAYMENTINFO_EXPLAIN I add full info for my card. Where this PAYMENTINFO_EXPLAIN work? In cart and mail only name payment. I want that the full data of my bank card after payment in the letter was shown to the user. It is real? What for then textbox VMPAYMENT_STANDARD_PAYMENTINFO_EXPLAIN? Thank You.
