Need some problems fixed with VM

These are the three things I need working in VM:

• No user registration required to purchase.
• Captcha installed for registering users
• Email verification sent to registering users. Curently, the system just sends a welcome email to the new registered user

Yes I can hack to have a captcha at registration. On a successful registration, the user is sent a confirmation mail which he/she must activate to confirm.
You have a budget for this?
