How to setup "bank transfer"

I can't figure out how to configure "bank transfer" in VM 2.

Under Shop->Payment Methods->New there are only 2 payment methods available (VM Payment, Standard, VM Payment, Paypal). If I choose VM Payment, Standard, the configuration-tab shows me the following parameters: Logos, Countries, Accepted Currency, Minimum Amount, Maximum Amount, Fee per transaction, Percent of the total amount, Tax and Payment Info.

But the payment type who is available on VM 1 is missing.

Can you help me to configure "bank transfer".

Is it an idea to add an multi usable offline payment option? By just changing the description you can use it for:
- bank transfer (state bank accountno etc.)
- free delivery in case a client wants to pick-up the product in the store.

they must be able to use bank transfer/ACH or be able to select terms
