I haven't seen an arabic translation yet, but perhaps you can send a message to the forum member who wrote this post, where he says that the company will provide an arabic translation as well:

Hi Diya,

Hi everyone,
Concerning the Arabic language pack for joomfish, I was looking for one too, but I didn't find it till now...
So, I have looked for another solution, and I found one...
The solution that I found represented in downloading an English (or another language) version of joomla, set up an Arabic language pack, set up joomfish after it, and Bingoo!!
You will find the Arabic language installed on joomfish automatically too :)
This is the link from where you can download the Arabic pack language for joomla: 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 2.5

I've done this trick with: Joomla French 1.5.26 & joomfish v2.2.3

Best regards ;)

If you start to develop a new multilingual shop, using Joomla 1.5.26 to run VM2 is not a good solution. It won't work, because Joomfish is not compatible with Virtuemart 2.  It makes much more sense to help finishing the arabic translation for VM2 at https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/virtuemart/ and use Joomla 2.5.6 and VM2. This way you don't need any third party translation extension.

For arabic Joomla 2.5 language files I would sugget to look here: http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/jtranslation1_6/frs/?action=FrsReleaseBrowse&frs_package_id=5613
