Hi

Can someone help me ?

I have the language installed in joomla 1.6 (Danish)

I have downloaded the language files for VM2.

If I read on the internet, i have to copy files in to adminstator/language, bit this folder are not avaible in my wm2 ?
(I think this is only for joomla 1.5)

I can see there is a XML files in the language pack, do i make a normal install for components under joomla 1.6 ?

The first thing you should do, is update your Joomla to version 1.7.3. Virtuemart 2 doesn't support Joomla 1.6.x.
Then please have a look here: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=89333.msg312541#msg312541

Will there be problems ?

Yes, because of several reasons.
- VM2 is not being tested on Joomla 1.6.x and you won't get support if something doesn't work. Update to Joomla 1.7.3 and in a few weeks use Joomla 2.5.
- If you intend to make your site bilingual, you will have problems, because there were some language handling changes in J1.7.x code compared to J1.6.x
- The danish translation here in the forum is outdated and therefore incomplete. Some VM2 parts will not work in danish language if you (or somebody else) don't update the danish language files to match the english language files in VM2. You will find some more information about the language files here: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=89336.0
