orders not updating or showing - j +k

I have had an issue since release J in that orders do not show in my backend but do show up in revenue reports, I am guessing there has been a glitch in the db causing this so in order to get the db back how it should be when I drop the table what sql query should I use to rebuild it? Once rebuilt I will place another test order to check

We have the same problem with the latest downloadable version.

We get the e-mails, but no possibility to change the order status, because the orders are just not showing. The database is full with old migrated orders and new testorders, though.

Hmm I neeed more information here:
importing old vm1 orders works. I fear that some orders integrated with some old version makes trouble.

So I need to compare the rows of the orders which works and the others.
