BUG RC3 - Order Statuses & foreach error within menu item.

Hello,

When creating an order status or editing one you cannot set the 'Order Status Code' it is a read only option.

When adding the 'Virtuemart Product Details Layout', the 'Select A Product' does not display any products and in turn shows:
