multiple Product creation with import and export / Not a migration

hi,
I need to input many products.
I have try the following way:
1. Create one product.
2. export with phpmyadmin the dacw5_virtuemart_products table as ods and also as csv
3. add and modify products in calc table
4. not possible to do an valid import.

Can some body give my the correct settings to export and import
