Paypal IPN post email..

we have someone do some coding for us in the past for authorize that posts the order information back to authorize.net and it then sends out an email to us in a format that can be imported/copy-pasted into quickbooks.

we want to do the same for PayPal and paypal gave us the code below... can someone have a look at this and possibly give us a little more info on what needs to be done???
