Alteration of Order/Invoice Process

Hi,

I'm currently working on the design of an "ecommerce" site however it is not requested that it is a full blown ecommerce site in that visitors should be able to order products but they will not receive an invoice, the order is to be sent to admin whom then will use their accounting/inventory software to invoice the client.

Basically they want that manual control rather than automation when it comes to invoicing the client.

I'm looking for someone to alter virtuemart's process in this regard.
