Payment Method Stuck and cannot remove from Virtumart

in my step 3 of payment in virtuemart it appears to be stuck waiting on a credit card info but there is NO place for credit card info... PLUS I am ONLY accepting Paypal API for payment... I have worked on trying to correct but the credit card info does not remove from the payment window...
any suggetsions....
