Shipping Rate not being shown to customers

I have just launched my new website and have put all of the shipping cost in for most of my merchandise. The shipping rates are not being shown in the check out. How can I display the shipping rate so my customers can see before checking out.


I would also like to know if there are any automatic shipping calculator applications that I can use to calculate all of my shipping cost. thank you !!!
