Payment Credit Card

I have credit card as payment. Payment class name: ps_payment.
Type payment method: Credit card Visa and Mastercard
The card is validated successfully, because if I enter a wrong number shows the invalid card message.
But do not send any email message and does not charge any bank account.
The payment "Paypal" which also I have on my website, it works correctly. Send email and deducts the amount from the bank.
Why does not the form of "credit card"? What I need to configure?
