Small VirtueMart Customization - Urgent

Hi Guys,
I'm looking for talented coder to make a small customization to a virtuemart website running on Joomla 1.5.1

Task is:
Associate a custom page(this will only have a image) with each order. Link to the page should show next to Order Numbers in Account maintenance Page.
example: A user buys some stuff from my website via Paypal/CC and when they return back to site after completing checkout, it says: "Thank you for your Order, view Order Details Here[Link]"
You should associate a page with each order which is Public [no authentication required] and has a unique url - www.domain.com/myorderpage/xhs7HJsum0283
Now this page should have an Image, The order ID and the Name of the Buyer.

That's It.
