Need Custom Product Flypage Created (Already Designed)

I have a lot of offers from eLance right now but I figured I would see if anybody here would like to earn the job.  I am currently running VM 1.8 with Joomla 1.5 running the VMJ Gen X Theme.  I have attached a PDF showing what my current flypage site looks like and then what I want it to look like.  If anybody here thinks they can put this together, I would rather have somebody from the community take the job, just send me over your quote and we'll chat.
