Need to set 1 shipping price for adult size 1 price for child size

This should be simple, how do you disregard weight, zone, zip, and only charge flat rate shipping for adult size products, and different for child size products. This would end up being 9 dollars for adult sizes, and 6 dollars for child sizes. There are several of each, but I cannot seem to figure out how to do away with all the other aspects of shipping (zone, weight, etc.) and just have the price x how many ordered, no discounts. The shipper is UPS.

Okay, I will expound...right now it charges 9.00 per order, regardless of how many items, I need it to price per item. HELP PLEASE~
