Virtuemart customizer needed for customizing shop

I have built some Virtuemart sites in the past, but on an upcoming project I would like to utilize someone with more experience to relieve me of my headaches of forum research, etc. I would like the developer to:
Work with a flash sale extension for the site

• Doing things like ripping out chunks of predefined php codes for the flashsale and placing them into either a module or browsepage
• Helping me grasp concepts of themes, template overrides, and the best ways to tackle VM
• Creating unique navigation (example, show more. When clicked, expands to show all of the products)
• Other odd requests if they show up

I can do a good chunk of the work, but there are certain aspects I'd rather pay and learn vs. give myself a migraine. PM me if you are interested. Include rate for work, knowledge of VM, and any references to work you have worked on. Thanks
