VM coder needed.. installation and adding items

I need a coder to do the following:
- install VM  in my site
- customize the layout ( reference will be later )
- add the items ( books are already added in ftp. I just need them to look like they should )
- install a pop up ( reference will be given later )

If anyone here is available, please.. I need your help.
