PayPal module bugs?

Hi i tried disable all modules except PayPal (not old version) and it does not work, on page where you should see checkout options like credit card it shows nothing. when i enable e.g. cash on delivery it shows 3 options paypal credit card and cash on delivery.

Now why paypal module shows credit card option that does not work when you click it.

I use PayPal API and it asking to register account with paypal  i thought it supposed to just ask for credit card info?

Paypal sends back to non secure URL not HTTPS:// but HTTP://site.com:433 and i get server error, this paypal or site sending wrong url?
