From single to multiple store on one platform?

I am running a small virtuemart Indian restaurant where you can order online but the client has opened another store in another town.

They want to make it so the user can choose one of the two stores both with different prices from the same domain.

The order then needs to be processed and emailed to one of the 2 stores.

Does this require much work?

Is this possible?
