I love the top area, colours etc. I would say too much info on the home page, what about just having a Chelsea image and that goes to everything chelsea rather than showing a hat, shirt, scarf etc etc. Left hand menu tooo long. Colour.... as your products are very colourful I would keep font colours to one basic colour then a highlight link colour.
