Help needed with Virtue Mart

Hello,

I created an online book subscription site and am having trouble integrating the virtue mart with the OSE area.  The virtue mart check out is also confusing, once the product is selected.

I need to modify the information in the cart, but am having trouble doing so.

Here are some of the issues:

Have an add to cart button after each item--go directly to cart from the order page

Add a logout button

Add a view cart button to each page

Add tax for Florida delivery for both items

Add shipping ($10) to Baby Book Bags cart, $14 for $100 bag

Delete select payment method on checkout page

Remove paypal logo from all but cart and checkout page

Remove bookstack buttons from order page (this is the product thumbnail, is there any way to do this?)
