is it possible to integrate Amazon API with VirtueMart

I would like to feature amazon products in my shop.
I am going to use VirtueMart.

someone told me that in order do this I must export products using a csv file and will have to do it manually.

if i do want to do it automatically, I must use a plug in . But this means it will not be integrated with VM.

is there anyway to feature my products automatically and at the same integrate them in Virtue Mart?

what about the Amazon API? can I integrate this with VM?

any suggestion or idea is greatly appreciated.
