UPS Error Code: 111210

i have entered all the required information like username, password, access key, but it still showing the same error:

Error: UPS was not able to process the Shipping Rate Request.. Error Code: 111210, Error Description: The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations.

In product list the weight is also entered upto 20 pounds.my store address is also correct and the registered zip code is also authentic.

Plz provide your expert point of view.

Hi Ahmadjhoney,

what is the output from the debugging information? This will give you generally a good idea.

Did you also try to make a dummy shipment with exact the same parameters on the website of UPS?

Maybe there is something that fits your needs.

I emailed to the ups, they response me that the service you are using cannot used for the shipment, so i don't know which service they are talking about,

In addition i am using standard ups shipping method, there available other choices as well, like below..

I'm getting the same error:
Error: UPS was not able to process the Shipping Rate Request.. Error Code: 111210, Error Description: The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations.

It's also immediately showing DHL quotes after the error (and my DHL module is disabled).  Debug isn't showing anything very interesting that I can see.

I was thinking it might be the dimensions that was throwing UPS off (most of my stuff shows as 4'x4'x7' in dimensions), but after cruising through the ups.php I don't see where it ever uses dimensions, just weight.

I've shipped stuff with UPS between the locations I'm looking at, so I'm not sure why it's complaining about it.  Weight isn't showing too heavy either. (testing with < 4lbs)

Any ideas?

Fixed my issue, removed the text in the "Ship From Zip Code" field and it worked.
