How to make CC form disappear on Virtuemart?

Authorize.net requires any site that collects CC (credit card) numbers to be audited annually for security.  This was never a problem in the past since Virtuecart never asked for CC data.  But, now we noticed that there is a form for providing CC information BEFORE switching over to Authorize.net's site for CC processing. 

How do we make this form go away?!?!?!?  It worked fantastically before when it simply went over to the authorize.net site before collecting CC numbers, etc.

Please help...we're facing an audit within the week.  :-(

Hello Eriks.  We face the same issue.  Did you find a solution?
