shipping method error

After installing USPS shipping module v4.1 can't select shipping method.
I get this message:

Error: USPS was not able to process the Shipping Rate Request.
Error Code: 80040b1a
Error Description: Authorization failure. You are not authorized to connect to this server.

Notice: We are unable to obtain any USPS shipping methods at this time, please choose from one of the following shipping methods.

any idea?

Did you request to be moved to the production server from USPS. Once they approve it it should start to work.

I am having the same problem on my site http://hogemshotrainsslotcars.com  is there a fix to this I already confirmed user credentials with USPS
