How to by-pass the "Why use Paypal" page after "Confirm Order"?

Dear all,

After the user clicked on "Confirm Order", Paypal will display the first page: "Why use paypal?":
http://mfyoga.org/tmp/01_Why_use_Paypal_2010-01-06.jpg

and then the second page "Pay with credit card" if the user select to do so:
http://mfyoga.org/tmp/02_Pay_with_Credit_Card_2010-01-06.jpg

-> My question is "How to by-pass" the first page and goto the second page directly?
