bots finding my notify.php...(sorry,.Im a newbie)

I've got my website up and running and my PayPal "BuyNow" button works great. I am set up with IPN, so I see all transaction on a MySQL database.

Question: Should I be worried about someone finding the URL of my notify.php page and flooding it bogus data?

Is so,,how can I stop that?
