Incorrect customer info forwarded from site to paypal

Greetings!

I am using VirtueMart version 1.1.1 with a standard PayPal account to accept payments for virtual material on a website I administrate.

Here's the issue:
When ever a customer goes to purchase any item on the site, and fills out the info on our site, then gets forwarded to PayPal, the info that should be filled in correctly with the info they already provided is replaced with the info of the owner of the PayPal account they would be sending payment to.

We are running a similar site with the same set up, but have no issues like this. Anyone have any idea how/why this is happening? we've worked on it for a while now and cant figure out whats going on.

Really? No one has any ideas? This is kind of a big problem. Can't have my client's info being in those fields whenever a customer wants to buy something.
