RESOLVED-invalid Access License number with UPS module

I'm having a hard time configuring this UPS module.  I'm using VM 1.1.2

When I put in the access key for html I get the Invalid Access License error.

When I put in the access key for XML I get a string output

Does anyone have an idea what is going on?

I've configured the UPS method before with no problems.  Why this time?

Posting an update in case anyone else ever comes up with this problem.

I needed the XML access key for the premium tools UPS Shipping... NOT the UPS Rates and Service Selection tool.
