PayPal Error Message

Can someone please help. I'm new to Joomla/Virtuemart. I've setup PayPal account put in API username, password, and API signature. Customer order goes through fine but credit card not charged. Doesn't even bring me to PayPal page. When I run in debug mode this is the error message I get.(See attatchment) Do I need to do something more in Virtuemart configuration? Or PayPal? I would appreciate any help.
