Joomla/Mambo Version:

Steps to replicate:
http://www.custode.ch
Go to the shop and order a product.
The price of SOME products in the cart is different confronting the shop-price
Example 1 ... one product ... one price
example 2 .... product with one price
example 3 ... different prices on different product alternative
example 4 like e.3
This happens in legacy AND native mode.

What currency are you using, any tax applied to prices.
