Silly Question - Where is "Paypal Control Panel"

Trying to get the paypal payments to work on my site and I come across the info to add the notify.php to your "paypal control panel".  I presume this is on the paypal site in your account somewhere -- but exactly where??

Please help as this is putting a huge hault in my project.  Thanks.

In your PayPal.com account see Profile -> Selling Preferences -> Instant Payment Notification Preferences
