Sorry, you really need to change your template, it is not very professional looking, some of the text colour are almost the same colour as the background making it dificult to read. The whole presentation screams cheap. You shoul be able to pick up a free template somewhere that looks a whole lot better than this.

The design is clean and simple.  I think you need to work on the home page though.  There is nothing that catches the eye and draws the user in.  You might want to add some graphics or some images of your best products to the front page just to grab the attention of the visitor.  Everything else is good.  The site is smooth and  flows nicely.  Good luck.
