Hi,

I currently can't get a "view cart" button on the screen. Might be a template problem. However, I've tried several different templates - no luck. Does somebody know which file/setting does control the location of the "view cart" link?

PS: By the way - concerning the database collation in the default system settings below - is it supposed to be "latin1_swedish_ci" while the selected languages in Joomla and VirtueMart are all set to english?

Can not duplicate

Hi again,

I just wonder if this could be a result of a missing VirtueMart module. Just compared my local installation of VM 1.1 revision 1288 with the VM-Demo (shopper). I can't find things like "Product Search", "Advanced Search", "Show Cart", Show all Products". Should there be i.e. a "product search" module when I click "List Modules" in the VM administration?

Can't look it up in the VM-Demo (admin), because this area is hidden.

You probably have not installed the modules, then. They are in a directory called modules in the VirtueMart_1.1.0_COMPLETE_PACKAGE.zip

The main module is mod_virtuemart_1.1.0.j15.zip but there are others that are part of VM, too.

You probably have not installed the modules...

That was it! - Makes a big difference  ;D
For some reason I always thought the installation script would install everything by default. Never thought of installing all the individual modules additionally. Is it mentioned somewhere that you should do so?
