How do I change titles?

I have now started working with php shop. looks very good.
But I have some problems:

1. How can I change name of titles (Mainmenu, LoginForm, etc)??
2. How can I mae a category \"shop\" and than after click you are going into the shop. I don't want to shop phpshop as a seperate category.
3. How can I put a self-made page into my page now? do I have to do a php-page, and how can I upload it to the mambo server?

1 - those are in the mambo admin screen - you can rename menu elements by going menu / menu you want to change

then select the element and rename it.

2 - make a menu link to the PHPshop component - call it online store.  But, if you have installed it properly and have the modules installed, you assign a mambo block in which you want your shop menu to appear.
