Shipping collect?

Is there a way for a client to provide their own shipping account?

For instance:
Ship collect / Charge to my courier account:  (account number) (Fed Ex/ UPS/ Puro....)

Essentially they provide their own account  number with someone so we can "Charge receiver" with a messenger service.

There's no direct way to do this, however you could set up a separate carrier in the Standard Shipping module and request that  your customers enter an account number into the comments field for the order.
